George was instrumental in helping our company address complex technical GAAP, equity, and tax issues. He completed intricate reconciliations, drafted clear forward-looking accounting policies, presented well-supported adjusting journal entries to ensure that the financials were GAAP compliant, and worked closely with our tax firm to resolve confusing tax matters.
